AwarenessCoaching© Foundation Training Course (ACFT©)

An AwarenessArchitect© (or AwarenessCoach) is someone who enables people to make their dream come true.

If someone dreams of a special building, he goes to an architect who captures his vision.

The architect enables the builder to transform his vision into reality.

He asks the right questions when designing the plan and describes to the builder the necessary dimensions.

Finally he guides the builder until the work is completed and the finished result is achieved and celebrated...

Do you want to become such a professional coach?

Then enrol now to our 4-month AwarenessCoaching© Foundation Training (ACFT©).

What is AwarenessCoaching©?

Psychological competencies for coaching are fundamentally grounded in awareness - both self awareness and awareness of others.

AwarenessCoaching© sessions are structured to provide a greenhouse for awareness, growth and change to happen by itself.

That way change occurs sustainably because it is accepted by one's ego, whereas any change caused from outside (second-hand knowledge or advice) gets rejected after a couple of weeks.

Research shows that only changes that come about by themselves can become an integral part of consciousness and therefore will last.

Open awareness means attention without tension, back to your senses, a relaxed kind of watchfulness, just seeing, not making an effort, not striving or even judging; an effortless awareness.

Our coaching approach helps you understand what works and doesn't work for you in achieving your desired goals. This qualified awareness means you can concentrate on what's really important to you - and cope better with the things that seem to get in your way. Your desired outcomes become more achievable through this greater clarity and awareness.
